Who can enter
Open to Washington residents age 18 or older. You do not need to have a child in an age group served by Cherubs to enter. If you win, you can pass the prize along to a family who does. This drawing is for new families: no child in the entrant's family may have previously enrolled at any Cherubs campus. Limit one entry per family. Void outside Washington and where prohibited.
How to enter
Submit your full name, a cell phone number where you can receive the winner text, your email address, and the required eligibility/rules acknowledgement by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 24, 2026. Email is required. Entries must be received by the deadline. Scanning the QR code alone does not submit an entry. There is no marketing signup, and the contact information you provide will be used only to administer the drawing and contact the winner.
The prize
One winner receives four consecutive weeks of free childcare for one child at Cherubs Auburn, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on normal operating days. All age groups served at the Auburn campus are eligible. Retail value: $2,921.00, calculated as four weeks at $730.25 per week. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No cash alternative is offered.
The winner may use the four weeks of care for their own child or gift the prize to another person for a child in an age group served at Auburn. The family receiving the care must also be new to Cherubs: no child in that family may have previously enrolled at any Cherubs campus.
Using the four weeks of free care
Arrange a start date with the Auburn team, subject to availability in an appropriate classroom. All four consecutive weeks of care must be completed by January 31, 2027, with care on normal Monday–Friday operating days. Choose a start date that allows all four weeks to be used before this deadline. The child's parent or legal guardian must complete the required child information, health records, emergency contacts, authorized pickup information, and care permissions before attendance. Submit those documents privately to Cherubs, not through the drawing form.
No registration fee, enrollment fee, deposit, tuition payment, or ongoing enrollment commitment is required to use the prize.
Choosing and contacting the winner
Cherubs will randomly select one eligible entry on October 26, 2026 and notify the adult winner by text and email that day. By entering your cell phone number, you agree to receive a text if you win. No marketing texts will be sent. You do not need to be present to win. The winner must respond within seven calendar days after the initial winner text. If the entrant is ineligible or does not respond by the deadline, Cherubs may randomly select another eligible entry.
Privacy, winner list, and taxes
No promotional photograph or testimonial is required. Do not submit children's personal information with a drawing entry; required care documents are collected privately before care begins. The adult winner's name may be provided in response to a winner-list request. To request the winner list, write to the sponsor's mailing address above. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes paid directly to the appropriate government agency.
