Childcare Facility Progress Update & Timeline:

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news as we enter the final stretch of our childcare facility project! Thank you so much to our families for your patience, encouragement, and trust throughout this process; it truly means the world to us.

Project Timeline & What’s Next

Late February 2026

• Targeting a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO)

• Final construction activities and inspections underway

First Week of March 2026

• Certificate of Occupancy (CO) anticipated

• Construction officially complete

Immediately After Construction Completion

• Submit post-construction water sample for lead and copper testing

• Submit the Certificate of Occupancy

Following Approval of the Above

• Submit our childcare licensing application to DCYF (Department of Children, Youth, and Families)

Next Steps Once DCYF Clears the Application

• Fire Marshal inspection

• Upon approval, we begin furnishing and decorating the space.

Final Step

• DCYF licensor onsite inspection

• Childcare capacity finalized

• Childcare license officially issued!
