We’re almost there, Cherubs families!
Our Seattle campus is buzzing with activity as crews put the finishing touches on classrooms, play areas, and learning spaces that will soon welcome your little ones. Every day, it looks more and more like the joyful, nurturing environment we’ve all been dreaming of.

✨ What’s Happening on Site

This month, the inside of the building is truly coming alive!
Here’s what’s happening right now:

• 🎨 Painting and ceiling work are transforming the classrooms with bright, airy colors.

• 🧱 Trim and millwork are being added — the doors, cabinets, and classroom finishes are looking beautiful.

• 🪠 Plumbing and electrical teams are installing fixtures, lighting, and bottle-filling stations.

• 🧹 Flooring and cleanup are underway as we get ready for final inspections in just a few weeks.

All the major building work — from the roof and windows to the fire, plumbing, and HVAC systems — is complete and approved.
The last few steps are all about detail, care, and polish.

🗓️ What’s Next

According to the latest BMDC schedule, we’re right on track:

• Late October: Flooring, lighting, and classroom furniture installation

• Early November: Kitchen equipment, restroom accessories, and final paint coats

• Mid-November: Final clean-up and city inspections

• December: DCYF licensing and staff setup

• 🎉 January 2026: Grand Opening for Families!

Every beam, color, and classroom corner has been chosen with your children in mind — places to explore, create, and belong. Our Seattle campus brings together the heart of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Te Whāriki — a blend that supports curiosity, confidence, and connection.
